Our classic French-style sourdough. Made with organic whole wheat sourdough, organic wheat and a bit of organic rye flour.

Boule form of our classic sourdough. Made with organic wheat and rye flours.

Our super seeded bread is loaded with sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and flax seeds.

The classic French loaf. Made with whole wheat, whole rye and sprouted whole spelt. We cannot slice this bread, too big - sorry. Full Loaf (5+ lb).

Half Miche Loaf. We cannot offer this bread sliced, it is too large for our slicer.

The same dough and weight of our standard Rustic Sourdough, yet baked in a loaf pan for those of you who prefer more uniform slices and a less open crumb.

Mild sourdough, coarse polenta, extra virgin olive oil

Same dough and weight as the Portuguese Country Loaf, but baked in a pan. Best for those of you who like uniform slices.
